Steps to reproduce:

The SVG2 spec updated radial gradient snapping:
"Changed in SVG 2. SVG 1.1 required that the focal point, if outside the end circle, be moved to be on the end circle. The change was made to align with Canvas."

We received a bug about this in Chromium/Blink (https://crbug.com/322487) where a user had difficulty working around the browser support minefield in this area.
