+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1282192 +++ +++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1282186 +++ these tests should be similar (identical?) to the current tests that run against opt based CI api-15 builds.

Doesn't this already work? We already have all of the tests defined in-tree.

We already have all of the tests defined in-tree. it *should* just work. last time I checked, we hadn't enabled tests but iiuc, we simply have to tell taskgraph to include tests and it will work. We haven't done that yet to save dev time and load cost.
