Steps to reproduce:

1. I created a new profile on  Firefox 48.0b3

2, Went to http://www.nytimes.com/




Actual results:

I could not see any slash/lock icon


Expected results:

As it is an unsecured website, so there should have been a slash/lock icon to prove that the site is unsecured
