We need to add Qwant to the list of shipping searchplugins for Fennec in German.

The searchplugin is not available yet outside of mozilla-central, we'll need to wait for the actual uplift in bug 1264705 to land the patch (right now it makes only sense to land in central).

I'll take the change to reorder the list.

Sorry, so messy for a one-line patch.

The patch should have been for mobile, not browser. The note about ordering list.txt in /browser would be still valid, order in list.txt is always irrelevant.
