I tried to reproduce the issue on Fedora 23 (Gnome 3.18.1), using Firefox 47 and Firefox 47.0.1 but I could not see the issue. I was able to install extension from the provided page.

Do you still reproduce the issue? Have you tried with a new profile (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles) and/or Safe Mode (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode)?

Hello,
The issue was in Fedora Rawhide. It was fine with fedora 24.
