Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Nightly
2. Open new tab
3. Open new window


Actual results:

The title that shows up on the taskbar is incorrect.


Expected results:

The title in taskbar should match the actual title.

Reproducible with Waterfox 56.1.0_11 and Firefox 59.0.2_6,1 on FreeBSD-CURRENT. KDE Plasma 5. 

Note, it's not only the panel (of KDE) that's affected. As far as I can tell: 

- primarily, the bug bites the title bar.

Workarounds may include: 

1. open a second new tab
2. activate the first

… although sometimes, those two steps do _not_ work around the bug – might that inconsistency help to understand the cause(s)?
