This has been failing consistently for the past 8 months, and is starting to pick up a little bit more.
It doesn't seem very hard to fix. The function testChangingColorShouldEmitEvents simulates a color change in the colorpicker and then tests that the new color is correct. I'm guessing the coordinates it uses to set the color are sometimes wrong. Maybe the dragger is right next to the edge, or something.
