This can be a [ChromeOnly] DOMString? peerIdentity attribute on MediaStreamTrack.  Florian will advise if a different API would be easier to use.

I think such an API would be the clean solution, but would require bug 1066082 to be fixed to become usable.

Without fixing bug 1066082, I think the uglier solution would be to keep adding to nsIMediaManagerService.mediaCaptureWindowState

I thought that this was Maire's call, based on resource availability.  It's not urgent, but Maire suggested that we might want to get out ahead of this.
