Steps to reproduce:

1. Get a computer with "AMD Switchable Graphics"
2. Choose PowerXpress Mode = Dynamic on BIOS
3. Install Graphics drivers from leshcatlabs.net
4. Install Firefox Beta x64



Actual results:

There is an error on about:support

"Error: PossiblyBrokenSurfaceSharing_UnexpectedAMDGPU"


Expected results:

There should be no errors.

This looks like it's just a diagnostic message. It might be a good idea to remove it if it doesn't always lead to broken features though.

It was added so that so we could cross correlate crash reports with this annotation and see if there's a connection.

Is there a reason we didn't use CrashReporter::AnnotateCrashReporter?
