Per discussion in bug 1238906 comment 49, we don't need those mirrors as long as shutdown begins.

In fact, disconnecting mirrors doesn't quite prevent notifications from the watchable. We need to call WatchManager::Shutdown(). Will WONTFIX this bug and open a new one for |WatchManager::Shutdown()|.
