You are able to do this yourself through your Preferences settings. Just go to:

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=component_watch

and follow the instructions there.

I've tried that, but Mozilla Foundation Operations is not in the Product list for me to add.

Oh my bad. I realize now that that product is private and you need to be in the mozilla-foundation-operations-team group to see the product in the list.

I am assigning this bug angela@mozillafoundation.org as she has the ability to put you in this group and then this bug can be closed.

Go got https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/editusers.cgi and enter the email address of the person you want to update. Click search. Click on the email of the user. Then click the checkbox next to the group you want to add or remove. And commit.
