Steps to reproduce:

1. Start any versions Firefox in RTL locales (e.g. Arabic)
2. Open Bookmarks Toolbar and Bookmarks Sidebar
3. Hover mouse pointer on a bookmark in Bookmarks Toolbar
4. Check status panel position


Actual results:

Status panel and Bookmarks sidebar are overlapped. This bug reproduce in RTL locales.


Expected results:

Status panel should be displayed on document page. Please find attached image.
