Bug 1261842 introduced a host of improvements to the tpaint and sessionrestore tests. Apparently, it also caused a 2.22% tsvgx regression. I have absolutely no idea why it would have done that, but based on what bug 1261842 does (which has nothing to do with SVG rendering), I suspect that the test isn't measuring something correctly. We should check that out.

Isn't this one of those tests that runs so quickly that it picks up regressions in chrome/browser.xul opening/rendering time? Or is that just tsvg-opacity (and/or is that different?)
