I landed a patch in a bug using autoland, and it worked perfectly - the changeset landed on the autoland repository, and the review request was marked as submitted.

Later on, it turned out something was wrong with my patch, and it got backed out from autoland.

I went to go push some fixes to my patch back up for review, but the review request was still marked as submitted; I had to manually re-open it.

It'd be nice if we could detect backouts of patches, and re-open the associated review requests when they happen.
