some of these bugs have been around for a _long_ time. Reporters, would you
please review the bugs, see if the issues have been resolved, and close bugs
appropriately.

by default the XUL listing has been disabled. http://, ftp:// and file:///
should now all use html format.

I don't think file:/// is cut over yet, from looking at Mozilla 1.2b.
the fix for that occurred after the 1.2final branch cut --ie, in the trunk
file:/// listings now use html formats. :)
Uh great. must have missed that bug.

So is this stuff officially dead, or just not the trunk default?
