1. Make sure that Flash plugin is set to "Ask to Activate"
2. Open these webpages in the same window:
http://deluge-torrent.org/

https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
3. Move each webpage to a new window
4. See that Ask to Activate options (like for example: block icon) are missing

workaround: refresh the webpage to see Ask to Activate options back
