Details

The code coverage dashboard was start by an intern, and work will continue 2016Q4.  There are many features to add, but being able to jump to the TH job that shows the job that generated the coverage will help with providing context to the revision number in use right now.

This will require mapping task cluster ids to the treeherder job id.   This is in TH, under notes, I think.
