Bug 1291015 thinks it moved Windows 7 mochitest-plain from hardware slaves to AWS. What it actually did was cause us to just not schedule Windows 7 mochitest-plain at all.

Were we currently able to open any trees, this would keep them closed instead.
Gah. Whoever thought it was a good idea to put the treeherder Win7 VM line after the Android lines instead of next to the Win7 (not-VM) line was... mistaken.
