Steps to reproduce:
I have used ctrl+{numpad plus} to zoom (to have bigger font).
Actual results:
Under certain conditions the upper "Expand panels" icon dissapeared. So I cannot hide the right panel which block my view.
Expected results:
Display the icon when the document is highly zoomed.
Make the debugger more accessible for handicapped programmers.
