Details

We are not renewing our contract with IARC. Therefore, we want to stop using their API by September 30, 2016.

To make that less onerous, we will also close submissions of apps and add-ons.

With the exception of seemingly-complete bug 1299569, it looks like this tracker bug can be closed as well. Thanks for the update in bug 975145 comment 2, it helped close down 2 secbugs.
Firefox Marketplace has been shut down since March. Closing remaining bugs.
