DESCRIPTION: The content of the :before on body ends up after the body. Hmmm... STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Load attached test case. ACTUAL RESULTS: "One two" is at the end of the page. EXPECTED RESULTS: Page starts with "One two three" DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY ON: * Linux, viewer, 1999-08-30-01-M10 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Yikes.

Incremental reflow problem. The ContentAppended() code was at fault
