Goal: Increase awareness and downloads of Fx mobile among Fx desktop users Strategy: Heartbeat message to selected audiences to promote “Get Firefox on mobile" Campaign document here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kLwyvknZg_aFPdBmiotGMh-1qyfzcZKIytA7OQ2XlC8/edit More Details: Roll out plan: Launch: Target Week of 9/12 Week 1: All En locals: 1% Fx account users (for 3 days) and gradually increase up to 30% Week 2: Either 100% EN locals with account - or 20% all EN local users. Also, Approve rolling out to prioritized languages (will determine to Fx account users or all) the following week Week 3: Roll out to 1% prioritized languages and gradually increase to ~30% Week 4: Continue increased roll out to all targeted locales Week of 10/3: Mobile awareness survey v2 in US

Matt, Can you confirm this plan is okay? Working on finalizing the landing page on my end (should be done by end of week) for a 9/12 launch.

We are pushing this to Q4 as we wait on the Shield system add-on. I'll be setting up a meeting soon for you and a few other folks to talk through heuristics with Kamyar, our recommendation expert. I'm resolving this bug for now.
