Hi Andrew, just doing some triage here... git blame says you worked on this. Any chance you could see if there is anything that can be done (or obvious place that's causing this intermittent)? Failure rate seems super low, but might still be worth poking around a little bit.

Well, I wrote a script that automatically changed this file, along with almost 2000 other files. :) I have never actually looked at it, and I don't know anything about TCP or the presentation API. I don't think it is worth anybody's time to look at an intermittent that happened once in 5 months.
