Spawned off from bug 1300394 which is about the missing slow script warning dialog.

The page runs with 100% CPU.
Nightly 51.0a1 (2016-09-04) on 64-bit Linux using a fresh profile.

It also occurs in "Chrome Dev54 as well as Nightly51.0a1 Windows10" per bug 1300394 comment 2, and in FF48 per bug 1300394 comment 0.

We're guessing some JavaScript on the page is causing this.

Short burst of CPU usage at pageload, and then it's quiet after that.  So this seems to be WORKSFORME.
