[Affected versions]: FF Nightly 51.0a1 [Affected platforms]: Tested on Mac OS X 10.10, Windows 10 x64 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Open Firefox with new profile 2. Go to http://testsafebrowsing.appspot.com/ and from "Desktop Download Warnings" choose NO.1 link "Should show a "malicious" warning, based on URL" 3. [Expected result]: Download is blocked based on dangerous or deceptive content and above download button you see a red dot. [Actual result]: Download is performed. Note: I tried with severals new profiles and in some cases, from 10 tries in 3, I manage to have the expected result.

This is expected, the list that includes the testing site is updated in the background shortly after the profile has been used for the first time.
