Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Nightly
2. Go to any sites
3. View Page Info > Permissions
4. Check-off "Use Default" and then select "Block" (Install Add-ons is "Allow")
5. Close Page Info
6. Click "Show site information" icon in identity-box
7. Check identity-popup-permission-icons


Actual results:

There are two missing icons for identity-popup-permission-icons.
"Load Images"
"Set Cookies" 


Expected results:

"Load Images" and "Set Cookies" icons are displayed.

Thanks for reporting! We decided to wontfix this. These permissions are only exposed when using the rather advanced site information panel and there might be future changes regarding cookie management in the identity popup anyway. So we think it's ok to not have icons for now.
