If Firefox has crashed, can you type about:crashes in the location bar and copy some crash reports links (bp-...).

And is there a public URL to reproduce the crash? (or something similar)

hi,

i reproduced the crash on my pc and the id of the crash is this :
bp-bf87151b-c061-4bbd-b42d-a586d2160914

to be honest the application is an internal company app, so i can't give access at the moment
There is already bug 854864 open with the same crash signature. Maybe your issue is similar to this crash (STR seems to be close).

Is there possible to create a limited access to the internal webapp? (maybe on a testing server with a guest account with credentials sent by email)
Crash Signature: [@ nsIContent::IsHTMLElement ]
Hello,

Loic is right, is there any possibility of you posting or uploading the internal company app but with limited access so as we check out the problem.

i have seen many application crash or freeze when people are uploading some files. The problem sometimes is the that application doesn't support the format of that file, second the file might be too big in size unyet within the application file is limited to a certain size.

so i think it might be one of this problems that is causing that bug to happen or causing Mozilla to crash.

thanks

Without any further debugging information, it's unlikely that we are able to move this bug forward. :(
Going to close this as IMCOMPLETE since we haven't heard anything for a long while. Daniele Bona, thank you for reporting this again, and do feel free to reopen this once you've got a chance to share more clues to help us!
