Page Info fails to come up (and save dialog appears) when trying to invoke the
dialog for the second time.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load a page (e.g. slashdot.org)
2. Right click, select View Page Info.
        ( Page Info comes up normally)
3. Dismiss dialog
4. Right click again on page, select View Page Info
   Fullscreen, empty window comes up, and a Download dialog reading:
"Downloading pageInfo.xul", downloading a file of type "XML-Based User Interface
Language" [mozilla.application/cached-xul] from chrome://navigator/content.
Do you have a skin (theme) other than Classic and Modern installed?
Ah, yeah I do. Specifically, I see this with "Lo-Fi" and "Lopburi Flat." I don't
see this if I change to Modern or Classic.
