1. Modify presentation url with a bogus url
2. Launch presentation to TV

Expected: 
 - Controller show error message, TV with no display

Actual:
 - Controller doesn't show an error message
 - It shows "Not Found" on TV

Device: Nexus 5 and Nexus Player
