This machine need to be re-imaged for the reason that Phil mentioned in 1307054, but I am not able to re-image it from the console,I only get the black screen and restarting the machine does not let me enter in the menu to begin the re-image(I only see the black screen).
Please re-imaged this machine and check why we are not able to do that.

w7 machines do not have the onboard graphics card enabled because tests fail. You have to use ipmitool to reimage w7 machines (and should generally be using that for all windows machines since it requires no user interaction on the GUI).
