it's a request to detect captive portal
https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/e8fa13708c070d1fadf488ed9d951464745b4e17/modules/libpref/init/all.js#5038
> pref("captivedetect.canonicalURL", "http://detectportal.firefox.com/success.txt");
it's from bug 752982 and bug 1048131.
Component: Untriaged → Networking
Product: Firefox → Core
I understated you but.I should to know about Nightly connection.The browser is main and I want to know what is going on.Richard Stallman said Software is for me and and we should to know what it is doing.
look what next Nightly is doing .

Usually Captive portals are generally found at public wi-fi hot-sports,Firefox uses this to detect if it's trapped in a captive portal (detectportal.firefox.com/success.txt).
Maybe try. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-stop-firefox-making-automatic-connections
Thanks a lot but I do not see any advice to turn off it

You can turn it off by setting the network.captive-portal-service.enabled pref to false.
Note: The feature is currently only enabled on nightly.
