What feature should be changed? Please provide the URL of the feature if possible.

When one edits a localized page which is out of date, one can see a diff of the en-US changes + some information about the latest revision and the earlier one.
However, it's not possible to read the revision comment which is as useful as the diff to understand the change(s).

What problems would this solve?

This would help getting the context for a given change in time. When something is unclear (e.g. review clearance, flag addition, revert...), I usually have to go to the revision's page to get to know what happened.

Who would use this?

People who maintain localized pages.

What would users see?

A "comment" field with the revision comment.

What would users do? What would happen as a result?

They would have a better understanding of the changes.
