Seen while looking at nightly crash stats. Started with build 20160925030226 on 2016-09-25 21:38:40. The crash involved multiple users.

adding ni on :Jan and Makoto in case they have any ideas and help in placing this in the right component.

Although there is no vcruntime140.dll symbol, it seems to be memcpy().   Maybe, this crash id is GC issue.

oops, s/memcpy/memmove/ from public exported symbol.
And I file as bug 1308827 (to install vcruntime140 symbol) and bug 1308824 (to add vcruntime140.dll to skiplist)
