Details

Builds begin as "started". Completed builds shipped are changed to status  "shipped".  This bug is about builds that fit neither category. 

Builds not shipped/abandoned stay as "started", which unfortunately results in a conflated  status column for "started" of builds both in progress and abandoned.

I'm not sure if adding another state would help us, especially if it would require an explicit human action (we tend to forget things). Maybe we should rename "started" instead? Something opposite to "shopped", .... "not shipped"? :)
