User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

1) Activated Voice Assistant on my Android 6 Samsung phone. (Voice Assistant (new name for Talkback) is a screen reader used by blind people on Android phones.)
2) Started Firefox and navigated to page containing an input type="date". Example page at http://research.coolfields.co.uk/at-demo/form-examples-date.html
3) Swipe right until focus on date selection field.
4) Double tap to edit date.


Actual results:

When I double tap to edit date, Voice Assistant announces "Editing", but no overlay or keyboard appears on phone. So I cannot interact with input type="date" fields.


Expected results:

I was expecting a date picker of some sort to appear so that I can change or enter a date.

Tested on:
 - Nexus 5 (Android 6.0.1) on All Branches

As described above a keyboard or date picker does not appear when the user has the talk back option on for the mentioned site. The option works on the Chrome Browser.
Tried on a different site: https://jqueryui.com/datepicker/ and the date picker appears.
