+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1139755 +++

In 1003236, Bugzilla API consumers including me (BzDeck) are asked to set the User-Agent header so that reviewing the logs can be easier.

Web apps can set the header since Firefox 43 using XMLHttpRequest or fetch (Bug 1188932), however, the API requires a minor change to allow it.

Please add User-Agent to the Access-Control-Allow-Headers header along with X-Bugzilla-Login, X-Bugzilla-API-Key and current other values added in Bug 1139755.
