Details

As part of Beta50 cycle, release management team is reviewing a few telemetry probes to gauge release health.

INPUT_EVENT_RESPONSE_MS telemetry probe is showing a worsening trend on 95th percentile and mean on Beta50.

I compared the Beta50 10-13 build with Beta49 09-26 build and also compared start of Beta50 cycle and 10-13 build and there is a slow upward trend.
