Bug 1311632 got arm artifact builds working, and this bug ambitiously tracks unstucking x86 artifact builds.

This works for me locally and seems correct. I've looked at where target.apk is uploaded in one of the recent builds (https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-inbound&selectedJob=38124077) and matched the job path to https://tools.taskcluster.net/index/artifacts/#gecko.v2.mozilla-central.latest.mobile/gecko.v2.mozilla-central.latest.mobile
