Note: I don't think we should be doing a redirect to include params that may only be applicable to the 2016 campaign only as it will become out of date over time. Looking at existing redirects to donate.mozilla.org we just include a source to indicate the redirect e.g.

https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/blob/master/bedrock/mozorg/redirects.py#L547-L548

For this redirect I think something like https://donate.mozilla.org/?source=story_redirect should be appropriate.
