Details

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create two tabs.
2) In the left tab visit page 1, page 2, and page 3. Use "go back one page" to return to page 2.
3) In the right tab visit page 4 and page 5.
4) In a blank area in the right tab right click to bring up the context menu.
5) Press Control-PgUp.
6) Click the left arrow ("go back one page") in the context menu. The action affects the currently displayed tab.

Expected result:
5) Either the context menu goes away or the "go forward one page" arrow in the context menu becomes active.

Actual result:
5) The context menu is still displayed, but the "go forward one page" arrow is inactive even though the operation is valid.

Seen on the 3 November 2016 Nightly. Observed on Linux (with a new profile) and on Windows 7.
Mass wontfix for bugs affecting firefox 52.

The problem still exists with Nightly 81. Pressing control-page-up or -down with the context menu present still changes pages doesn't adjust the context menu for the new page.
