Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0
Build ID: 20161031153904

Steps to reproduce:

When I am on any support.mozilla.org page using;
Name Firefox
Version 45.5.0
Build ID 20161031153904
Update Channel esr

The top of the page says; Looks like you’re using an older version of Firefox

However, when I am using;

Update Channel release

I get no notice.
