We need to setup SSE desupport rules on the aurora channel before we enable Aurora 53.0 updates, see bug 1308167.

this is now live:

* watershed: current SSE users <20170123004004 (the last 52.0 aurora nightly) will get 20170123004004
* SSE users who are on 20170123004004 won't get further updates but instead get No-Update
