1321440 - EOY takerover does not send selected amount to donate.mozilla.org

Sorry, noticing this only now :-/  It seems the &amount=xxx parameter is missing from the donate.mozilla.org link, so the amount is not selected once the user is redirected to the donate form.

It works for custom amounts, but not if the user selects one of the presets.

Oops, I broke that somewhere along the way. The custom amount is passed along but not a selected button. I'll have a fix shortly.
