Details | Review 
There were new changes to Homepage setting feature, so local webpages were no longer be able to set as homepage.  Following changes are done:

- Delete the UITest that tests setting the current page as homepage, and create an equivalent one on XCUITest.
- Create a new XCUITest that checks the homepage icon location switch is working properly.
