Steps to reproduce:

Please add the ability to get and set the cookie permissions (accept/deny/accept for session) for an origin (URL) to WebExtensions.  Perhaps add to the browser.cookies namespace?


Actual results:

For XUL/XPCOM, this functionality is found in nsIPermissionManager.
