Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.100 YaBrowser/16.11.1.282 (beta) Yowser/2.5 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: CronJob matviews.ReportsCleanCronApp fail on product with unknown OS name when using os_versions data from staticdata.py. Think this happen because update_os_versions_new_reports https://github.com/mozilla/socorro/blob/master/socorro/external/postgresql/raw_sql/procs/update_os_versions_new_reports.sql will not create any records in os_versions table for 'Unknown' operating systems. Related ticket https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1049796 Actual results: update_reports_clean fail with ```null value in column "os_version_id" violates not-null constraint```

I'm sorry this has sat around so long. We don't support outside users of Socorro anymore, so this isn't something we're going to fix.
