Details

Test pilot has two types of pings:
- testpilot
- testpilottest

We want to provide near-real time visibility (and ideally alerting on anomalies) to the test pilot team about each type of ping. We'd like this broken out by type of test in the testpilottest case.

The general case is that we want to provide this visibility for other custom pings.

We can close this bug if only the testpilot case is handled; generalizing would also be good.
