1324139 - Modify Auth0 monitoring endpoint

Currently, MOC monitors auth0 with "login" URLs ( https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/MOC/Auth0+runbook ).

Please update these checks to use the URLs

https://auth.mozilla.auth0.com/testall
https://auth-dev.mozilla.auth0.com/testall

and look for a timely response with the presence of the string "OK"

This will be a more comprehensive check of the health of the auth0 appliance.

Please also ensure that in the escalation process for these two URLs, the first one, being prod, does a traditional escalation and wakes people up at night, but the second one, being dev, doesn't trigger night time calls and instead notifies folks in infosec during business hours.

I'm not sure how this would be rendered into business logic (datadog, pagerduty, etc) so guidance here is welcome.

We are now monitoring the new URLs in Pingdom. Everything is all set. Will add these 2 URLs to the Pingdom Check list doc in Mana.
