Win98 build 2002021903:

1. Drag a file from your desktop over an active channel window's nick list.
2. Drag it back off of the nick list, never letting go of the mouse button.
3. Continue dragging, and repeat as needed.

Steps 1 and 2 will always show you the drop target line, which has no apparent
meaning when applied to nicks.  At least the icon shows that the drop is
illegal, but the line should not appear at all, and by repeating (step 3), you
can get the bar to stay even if you do not drop onto the widget.
Anyone with any idea how to fix this?
No longer seeing this in build 2002050308.  WFM.
