[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: I've gotten used to having the blackbox feature around for skipping over files that I don't care to debug, particularly in code I wrote. In the current Aurora build of FF52 (and for the last couple weeks), I've noticed that blackbox button is missing. I really would like to get it back before FF52 becomes the next ESR. Sure, it's a very minor regression and shouldn't explicitly block the release... but a lost feature is a lost feature.

Patrick, do you know if the disappearance of the blackboxing feature is intentional? Is there some kind of replacement for its users?

Thanks for the info Bryan. I guess this won't land in time for 52 then, not tracking. I now notice that the lack of that feature is listed at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Debugger/Limitations_of_the_new_debugger, I should have checked that earlier.
